Cula Svidzinski, MD, PhD is a board-certified medical and cosmetic dermatologist who takes a holistic approach to skin health. She prides herself on listening to her patients to devise the most effective, evidence-based treatments with results in line with the patient’s definition of beauty.
Dr. Svidzinski completed a joint MD/PhD program between the State University of New York at Albany and Downstate. She stayed at Downstate for her dermatology training. After which, she served as an assistant professor of dermatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai before joining Sadick Dermatology as the Scientific Director of Research. With a Ph.D. in nanoscale science and a background in optic photonics, she is sought after for her expertise in non-invasive skin tightening and laser resurfacing to achieve unparalleled skin tone, texture, and radiance. Dr. Svidzinski has a particular interest in facial and body sculpting and pan-facial rejuvenation following rapid weight loss to maintain facial harmony and avoid the “Ozempic face”.
Dr. Svidzinski is a dedicated physician-scientist who leads cutting-edge clinical trials to further expand knowledge in the field. A patent owner, Dr. Svidzinski has published a variety of articles in medicine and the field of dermatology. She is a skincare consultant and regularly serves on the advisory board for many leading dermatology companies.
